We serve a Complete Menu to your guests from 1.5 to 2 up to 3 hours on site preparing fresh 3 Meats-Carne Asada, Al Pastor & Pollo Asado with service of Tacos Quesadillas & Mulitas, Spanish Rice & Mexican Beans Frijoles de la Hoya, Yellow Corn Tortillas, Flour Tortillas, 4 Salsas- Salsa Verde, Salsa Roja al Mocajete, GuacaSalsa, Pico de Gallo, Tortilla Chips, Grilled Chile Peppers and toppings of Onion, Radish, Lime & Cilantro. We supppy forks, plates, cups, and napkins PLUS Free Agua Fresca and Free Mexican Macaroni Salad! We bring our own work table and buffet table and everything we need to fully service your event.
